Simply give us a call to schedule an in-home or in-office estimate. After the visit from the manager, you will receive a written estimate, via email or snail mail. Once you have reviewed the information, you may schedule an initial, thorough cleaning!
The cost of cleaning your home depends on various factors, such as size, number of bathrooms, amount of floor to be mopped and number of pets. On average, the cost of a routine cleaning ranges from *$140-$245.
We do request that each new client have an initial, thorough cleaning. On initial cleanings, we remove all of the dirt and dust from your home or office. Initial cleanings are a very thorough and intense cleaning that is priced at approximately 2.5 times a routine cleaning fee. The minimum fee for an initial cleaning is $350. The objective is to make your home easy to maintain for routine cleanings. **Excluding interior windows and scrubbing walls, we do it all!
For routine cleanings each client has a set price that is good for one year. We base this price off of our custom Ecolistic House Pricing Template using information obtained from our in-home/in-office estimate. Weekly cleanings are less expensive than bi-weekly cleanings, and bi-weekly cleanings are less expensive than monthly cleanings.
Rest assured, we always leave in a sweat, work hard, are efficient and thorough!
Please note: We do charge an additional $15 travel surcharge per cleaning for homes more than 15 miles or 20 minutes drive from our Division offices.
*Our minimum routine cleaning fee is $140/cleaning. Our minimum initial cleaning fee is $350.
**We do clean interior windows but request that on a separate day from your initial cleaning.
Our cleaning hours vary. We do our best to accommodate our clients' needs.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:30pm and Saturday 10am-3pm
Though we'll be happy to do in-home estimates on Saturdays, we typically do not clean residential homes on evenings or weekends. Cleaning is hard work and our residential crew needs a break too! It is important that we are well rested, so our cleaners can arrive with physical energy and a positive attitude. *If we do clean on a Saturday (excluding vacation turnover cleanings)- there is an additional $15 weekend cleaning surcharge.
Commercial jobs are generally performed on, but not limited to, Mondays-Thursdays after 6pm and on Saturdays or Sundays between the hours of 10am-8pm.
We clean it all, kitchens and bathrooms, to the sheets on your bed! Every client has a specific client sheet made for them derived from information at our estimate and updated as we visit your home more and more. The client sheet acts in addition to our checklists to list the specific needs and concerns for your home. Please see Signature Cleanings and Quicker Clean for more details.
Please note: for the safety and dignity of our staff- we do not clean human blood, human liquid or human waste. We will clean regularly used bathrooms. But, accidents or messes that are beyond normal home/office use need to be cleaned before we arrive. Similarly, we do not clean pet vomit, litter boxes or pet accidents.
Please remove any unnecessary clutter from the floors and counters so that we may vacuum and clean. Other than that, sit back and relax. Let our experienced team help restore the balance in your home.
For your piece of mind, as well as ours, we are both licensed and insured. We are licensed in the state of Delaware and our insurance polices cover our work in Delaware, Maryland and Vermont. We are insured with The Hartford for liability and worker's compensation in all 3 states. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
The lead cleaner would let you and their manager know immediately and we would make every attempt to fix or replace the damaged item.
The answer is entirely up to you. If you decide to give us a key, we never store it with your information or full name for added security.
If your pets have been known to bite we ask that they are kept crated while we clean. Otherwise, we will do our best to get to know your animals. We bring all-natural dog treats to new homes with dogs, until the dogs have gotten to know the cleaners. (We always ask permission from the owner first).
If you are an established client, we will clean your home and send you an online invoice so you can submit payment online using your checking account or credit card. All payments are due on the day of your cleaning.
We do charge a $35 fee for returned checks.
