Simply give us a call to schedule an in-home or in-office estimate. After a walk-through, you will receive a written estimate via email within 1-2 business days. Once you have reviewed the information, you may schedule an initial, thorough cleaning.
The cost of cleaning your home or office depends on various factors such as size of home or office, number of bathrooms, area of floor to be mopped, and number of pets. On average, the cost of a routine house cleaning ranges from $160-$245.
We do request that each new client have an initial, thorough cleaning. On initial cleanings, we remove all of the dirt and dust from your home or office. Initial cleanings are priced at approx. 2.5 times the cost of a routine cleaning. The minimum fee for an initial cleaning is $350. Excluding windows and scrubbing walls, we clean it all.
For routine cleanings each client has a set price that is good for one year. We base this price off of our custom Ecolistic house pricing template using information obtained from our in-home/in-office estimate. Weekly cleanings are less expensive than bi-weekly cleanings, and bi-weekly cleanings are less expensive than monthly cleanings.

Please note: We do charge an additional $15 travel surcharge per cleaning for homes more than 15 miles or 20 minutes drive from our Division offices.
*Our minimum routine cleaning fee is $160/cleaning for Signature service and $140/cleaning for a KBF clean. Our minimum initial cleaning fee is $350.
Our cleaning hours vary. We do our best to accommodate our clients' needs. Our office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm and Saturday 10am-3pm. We typically do not clean residential homes on evenings or weekends. If we do clean on a Saturday or Sunday (excluding rental turnover cleanings), there is an additional $15 weekend cleaning surcharge.
Commercial jobs are generally performed Monday - Thursday after 6pm and Saturday - Sunday between the hours of 10am-8pm.

Every client has a specific client sheet made for them derived from information we collect at your estimate or initial cleaning. The information is updated as we visit your home for routine cleanings. The client sheet infomation, in addition to our checklists, are sure to meet the specific needs and concerns for your home or office. Please remove any unnecessary clutter from the floors and counters so that we may vacuum and clean. Other than that, sit back and relax. Let our experienced team help restore the balance in your home.
For your piece of mind, as well as ours, we are both licensed and insured. We are licensed in the state of Delaware and our insurance polices cover our work in Delaware and Maryland. We are insured with The Hartford for liability and worker's compensation in both DE and MD. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
The lead cleaner would let you and their manager know immediately if there is an accident and we would make every attempt to fix or replace the damaged item.
The answer is entirely up to you. Many clients are not home when we clean. If you decide to give us a key, it is safely stored and labeled (coded without a name or address for added security). If you are home when we arrive and stay while we clean, we quietly work around you. *Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult when we have a crew in a home for a scheduled cleaning.
If your pets have been known to bite we ask that they are kept crated while we clean. Otherwise, we will do our best to get to know your animals.
If you are an established client, we will clean your home and send you an online invoice so you can securely submit payment online using your checking account or credit card. All payments are due on the day of your cleaning.
We do charge a $35 fee for returned checks.
