The Kitchen, Bathrooms, and Floors cleaning includes our 18-point checklist in addition to your personalized client sheet to offer a more affordable cleaning of your home. Many clients choose to alternate between our Signature and KBF cleanings.

This option is only available to clients who have had an initial, thorough cleaning prior to beginning service. A KBF clean is a simple but thorough cleaning of the kitchen, bathrooms, and floors, as well as emptying of trash and recycling. *Our minimum cleaning fee for routine cleanings is $145/cleaning.

• Floors and area rugs vacuumed
• Shower/bathtub cleaned thoroughly
• Entire toilet bowl scrubbed and cleaned
• Sinks scrubbed clean and disinfected
• Bathroom mirrors cleaned
• Bathroom floors cleaned by hand
• Clean dining area table and chairs
• Entire microwave cleaned
• Wipe front of fridge, oven, and dishwasher
• Rangetop cleaned and wiped with non-abrasive scrub
• Kitchen cabinet doors cleaned and wiped (as needed)
• Any stainless steel cleaned
• Countertops cleaned and wiped
• Kitchen sink cleaned
• Kitchen floor and entryway mopped
• Clean interior and exterior glass at front door
• Trash and recycling containers emptied
• Anti-bacterial essential oil room spray (optional)
